By far, the best way to
communicate with an attorney is either
in person or by telephone. It is my personal opinion that for
privacy concerns, confidential attorney-client communications,
particularly those concerning the underlying facts of your case,
should not be sent via e-mail.
All three of my offices are staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, and same-day appointments can generally
be made. When necessary, I am available on weekends by appointment
and will always try to accommodate your work schedule.
INITAL CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE. To arrange such a consultation,
or if you merely want to speak with me by phone, call either
the Fort Myers, Naples or Punta Gorda office.
