Unfortunately in life, even good people sometimes make mistakes
or do bad things. Desperation, frustration, impulse or anger can
cause a person to do something they would not ordinarily do.
Bad decisions, like drinking too much, arguing with your spouse,
or using drugs may bring you into contact with the criminal
justice system.
My role as an attorney is to guide, advise and assist you in your
decision-making process. That decision may be to go to trial or
negotiate an acceptable plea bargain. In drawing upon my legal
education and thirty years of experience in the criminal justice
system, my personal mission is to help you make educated and
informed choices affecting your future. NO lawyer can guarantee
a particular result in a criminal case, but I can guarantee that
I will exercise my best efforts in a compassionate, ethical and
professional manner to bring closure to your current dilemma.
My representation may involve aggressive legal or technical
attacks or, depending on the circumstances, skillful negotiation.
Regardless of the approach, as dictated by your personal
circumstances, the preservation of your freedom, your good name
and your quality of life is my goal.
